Materials

• To make your own hand sanitizer you will need aloe vera gel, grain alcohol and tea tree essential oil. You may want to add a second essential oil if you don't like the scent of tea tree oil.
  
  You will also need a funnel, an empty plastic bottle, a small bowl and a spoon.
  
  

Assembly

• Mix together 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel and 1/4 cup of grain alcohol. Next, add five drops of tea tree essential oil. If you don't like the strong disinfectant smell of tea tree oil, add five drops of the essential oil of your choice
  
  Mix all of these ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl with a spoon. Pour the ingredients into an empty plastic bottle using a funnel. Now you can stash your hand sanitizer in your purse or backpack for convenient use while you are out and about.
