FLEAS Prevent Successful Financial Growth, Personal Development and Fat Loss Many people lose fat only to regain it and often end up fatter than when they started.
You know this to have happened to many people you know.
Why? FLEAS.
Not the little biting bug.
FLEAS as in False Learned Emotional Associations.
This will explain why you didn't pay attention at the first 5# of fat gain and regaining.
This also explains why the first 10# of fat gain and regaining didn't light up your mental caution light very bright.
At least not bright enough to get you mentally committed to stop the fat gain.
And why your red warning light didn't flash brightly or your mental sirens did not start blaring to get your attention at the 20, 30, or 40#s of fat gain.
Or why your commitment was activated when the fat was regained.
When you regain the fat to the same weight you were before you are actually fatter.
For example with 20 pounds of weight loss about 15 pounds is fat.
5 pounds is water and protein.
When you regain the 20 pounds it is mostly fat therefore at the same weight you have more fat.
You have developed a "fat is ok" acceptance because of past FLEAS.
That is False Learned Emotional Associations.
This also occurs with money, career success, relationships and even in your faith.
Your past emotional associations have mislead you to accepting that less money, strained relationships, slow or no career advancement and or a lukewarm faith "is ok" or normal.
If you let the FLEAs rule your thoughts you are giving them the keys to your future.
