Grilled Sweet Maple and Mustard Chicken Breasts
These grilled chicken breasts have a wonderful sweet flavor. Serve them as they are or add them to salads and sandwiches.

Preheat grilled for medium high heat. Take chicken out of bag and place onto grill. Discard marinade. Cook chicken breasts 6-8 minutes per side, depending on size and thickness.
Once meat is cooked through and reaches 165 degrees (on thickest part of breast), remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, and serve.

Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup/120 mL pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup/60 mL peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons/30 mL Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons/30 mL balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL salt
- 1/4 teaspoon/1.25 mL black pepper
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
- Yield: Serves 4 to 6
Preparation
Combine marinade ingredients in medium bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and add marinade making sure that all surfaces of chicken are properly coated. Seal bag and place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.Preheat grilled for medium high heat. Take chicken out of bag and place onto grill. Discard marinade.
