Essential Men"s Daily Grooming

The top two men's daily grooming habits should include showering with shampoo and conditioner and applying deodorant to keep body odor under control.
However, our busy lifestyles have prompted companies who make mens deodorant brands and hair care products to come up with solutions to save us time.
We now have spray on and roll on deodorants as well as anit-dandruff 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner products.
Unfortunately, saving a minute or two sometimes means sacrificing quality.
An inferior product can damage hair and dry out or irritate skin.
Use these tips to choose quality products and save time without sacrificing your skin and scalp.
Choose for your Hair Before ditching your separate bottles of shampoo and conditioner, evaluate your hair.
Is it oily? Dry? If you have dry, flaky hair, using a 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner with too little moisturizer may be inadequate.
Search for a brand with extra moisturizing components.
Switch back to a separate conditioning every other day to prevent further hair damage.
One other solution would be to wash hair every other day, so long as you don't sweat profusely during that time.
People with healthy hair can safely use the 2 in 1 treatment during the week, but they should give their hair a thorough conditioning treatment once or twice a week to balance this out.
Deodorants The mens deodorant brands on market shelves contain a wide range of chemicals designed to block sweat glands (anti-perspirants) or inhibit the growth of bacteria, which lead to body odor.
Unfortunately, not all of these chemicals are safe and some may irritate the sensitive skin under your arms.
If you have sensitive skin, are allergic to aluminum or perfume agents, choose a brand without these ingredients.
To avoid chemicals altogether, you could try a natural crystal deodorant or one made from all natural ingredients.
Save Time without Switching If you are really pressed for time, you could skip switching to an anit-dandruff 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner and try showering the night before.
You may find you sleep better and are just as refreshed in the morning.
Then, instead of applying deodorant, give your pits a quick soap and water wash.
You could always keep a bar of soap at work as well.
Most of us are not going to ditch our anti-perspirant or deodorant sticks, though, so keep an extra one with you in the car or at the office.
Just be sure to wash before using it or all you are doing is spreading bacteria onto it.
Whatever you do, stay clean and stay healthy!
