- Plenty of T-shirts cater to senior citizens. "My Best Friend is Bran" is one example. To make it more feminine, chose her favorite color or go with a faded pink.
- Put together a package of nostalgic candy from the '60s and '70s. Specialty candy shops and online retailers offer everything from Mallo Cups to Necco's to Boston Bake Beans. It will bring back memories for her as she nibbles away on her favorite treat. Put the candy in a basket and include a note saying it was hard to find candy as old as her.
