How to Program a Genie Intellicode Garage Door Opener
- 1). Bring the remote to the garage so you are within reach of the opener.
- 2). Locate the "Learn Code" button on the back of the main unit.
- 3). Press and release the "Learn Code" button. This will cause the LED to begin blinking one time per second.
- 4). Press the button on the remote unit. This will cause the LED to glow steadily.
- 5). Press the button on the remote unit again. This will cause the LED to turn off.
- 6). Press the button on the remote unit, the garage door should open. If the door does not open, then repeat steps three through 5 and attempt to open the door again.
