- 1). Go over the jacket with a clothes brush or roller. A brush with soft bristles will collect the hair, while a roller uses a weak adhesive to lift fur off of the fabric.
- 2). Dampen a scrubbing sponge. Wring out as much of the water as possible and wipe it across the fabric to remove debris.
- 3). Run a rubber glove under the tap, then rub it over the jacket. Rinse off the glove frequently to remove hair from it.
- 4). Put the jacket in a tumble dryer for 20 minutes. The hair will come off during the cycle, but clean the lint trap afterward.
