How to Rig a Tiger Tail Muskie
- 1). Hold the Tiger Tail muskie lure so the eye is easily accessible. Feed the free end of the monofilament fishing line through the eye so that 3 to 4 inches of the line extends beyond the eye.
- 2). Feed the free end of the fishing line through the eye again to form a loop above the lure eye. Hold the loop and main line together to form a double line to one side of the lure eye.
- 3). Pull the free end of the line through the eye and toward the doubled line.
- 4). Wrap the free end around the doubled line three times.
- 5). Moisten the knot with water or saliva and pull down tightly. Trim excess line from the knot with sharp scissors.
