How to Clean Black Lacquer Asian Furniture
- 1). Remove dust with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Over-saturating will dull and damage the sheen.
- 2). Dry the dusted surface immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth. Water marks will show on the finish if left to dry naturally.
- 3). Use good quality paste wax (containing carnauba) to remove fingerprint smudges that can't be removed with a damp cloth. Do not wax furniture that appears to be in good condition.
