The Three Parts of Health

When people hear the word health, they readily associate it with one's physical condition.
People would consider someone healthy if he/ she is not sick or doesn't get sick easily.
The absence of any diseases or illness is not the sole factor to evaluate someone's general health.
As defined by the World Health Organization (WHO), health is the state of complete well-being of an individual which includes his physical, mental and social condition.
Taken together, the mental, physical and social well-being of an individual is called the Health Triangle.
Overall good health is achieved if all the three aspects are in good state.
This means that although a person exercises regularly, eats balanced food, gets enough rest and takes good care of his body, but is disconnected from the people around them, he or she would not be considered healthy.
Therefore, not one of the three aspects should be unstable.
Health needs to be constantly maintained and improved.
In order to maintain good health, you need to balance different aspects of your life.
First, you need to practice a healthy lifestyle and avoid abusing harmful substances like tobacco, and alcohol.
Eat a balanced diet and do everything in moderation.
Also, you need to regularly do physical activities.
Exercise not only helps you stay in shape but also reduces stress.
Try to allot some time for relaxation and rest, having fun and spending time with friends and loved ones.
Of course, never forget the importance of hygiene.
Keeping your body clean will help you stay free from pathogens.
"Health is wealth.
" Most people may find this statement cliche, but it really does summarize the importance of health.
A lot of people tirelessly spend much of their time accumulating material wealth just to spend it all in hospitalization in the end.
Health is life's "resource".
One can only live life to the fullest if they prioritizes their health.
Without good health, you can't spend quality time with your family, perform well on your job or focus on certain tasks.
There are things that money can't buy, and health is one of them.
