How to Make Pizza Using Ready-Made Dough
Things You'll Need
Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the nonstick cookie sheet with butter. Sprinkle 3 tbsp. of cornmeal over the buttered cookie sheet.
2
Unroll the pizza dough. Start pressing the dough out to the sides from the middle.
3
Use 8 oz. of pizza sauce to coat the dough. Pour the pizza sauce on the dough and use a wooden spoon to spread it out to the sides. The sauce should stop 1/2 inch from the edge of the pizza dough. Use a light feathering motion to spread the sauce so it is equally distributed over the dough.
4
Pinch off dime size pieces of sausage and place around the pizza, starting on the outside and working your way into the center of the crust. Sprinkle diced onion over the pizza crust. Sprinkle diced green pepper over the crust.
5
Shred 4 oz. of mozzarella cheese for the pizza. If you want a cheesy pizza, use 7 oz. of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the cheese on the pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella cheese.
6
Sprinkle mushrooms over the top of the cheese.
7
Place the pepperoni slices down on top of the cheese, starting on the outer edge of the crust and working your way into the center.
8
Place the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the cheese and bottom of the crust is golden.
