How to Put Paint in a Spray Bottle
- 1). Pour three cups of paint into a bowl. Add three tablespoons of water to the paint and stir it. If you want to use more or less paint, use one tablespoon of water per one cup of paint.
- 2). Remove the lid from the spray bottle. Place the tip of the funnel inside the opening of the bottle. Use a funnel that fits into the opening without becoming stuck. (For example, for a 1-inch opening, use a funnel with a 3/4-inch diameter bottom opening.)
- 3). Pour the paint slowly into the funnel. The paint will go through the funnel and enter the bottle. Pour the paint until the bottle fills.
- 4). Remove the funnel. Screw on the cap.
