Australia Welcomes Its First Woman Prime Minister
We have had numerous leaders in our country and different to the USA it is possible for a party to re-elect their leader in the midst of a term in office and this morning the 24th of June the Australian Labor party ditched their leader and had a new lady take office.
Kevin Rudd who led Australia for two and a half years was famous for his apology to the Australian indigenous population of Australia, with a day of national reconciliation early in his elected term.
Rudd was also commended for the way he bought Australia out of recession with his government financial stimulus package which saw Australia not suffer too hard in the recent global downturn.
With many stops in his farewell speech for tears, Rudd made a heartfelt speech that was sure to tug the heart of even his most hardened non believer in him.
He made what was a very memorable farewell and will be sadly missed by his devoted fans.
As a person who does not like any government while it is made up of men who cater to one world government agendas, I can say that having a woman in the leadership will do nothing, even if she cannot be a mason.
I would have been happier if she was not part of a ruthless power broker sponsored takeover of leadership, and I guess I will be happier for her as she faces an upcoming election and winds her leadership fair and square.
I have to say I wish Hillary Clinton had of won the USA election and I guess the woman of Australia will be happy to see a lady in power.
I wonder when the election is called, if she will be able to win the vote for Labor and go on to lead the country for her own three years.
