Have you recently noticed mice running through your house or feet scampering in your attic? Then it is probably time to choose a mice killer to take care of your problem and there are a few different methods to choose from.
Many people use poison to kill mice.
This mice killer method can be effective but does have some drawbacks.
The first one is it shouldn't be used around small children or pets.
But the major drawback is mice tend to die in their hiding places.
This usually includes in the walls or spots in your attic you can't get to.
And as they decompose, the dead body gives off a horrible odor that you can only smell but can't locate or get rid of.
Another mice killer method are snap traps.
These are the traditional spring loaded traps that snap shut breaking the mouse's back and killing it.
These are effective traps, but also should not be used around pets or small children.
People find peanut butter works best as a bait and these are easy to use.
The only problem is you have to touch the mouse to dispose of it and to reset the trap.
And one other mice killer method is the zapper.
These use electricity to instantly kill the mouse.
These are traps that have a compartment for the mouse to enter into.
It can be baited with peanut butter.
The mouse enters the compartment to eat the peanut butter and steps on the metal floor creating a closed circuit and is shocked and killed instantly.
A red light on top of the trap then blinks showing that a mouse has been killed and that it needs to be emptied.
To empty, simply pour out the dead mouse into a trash bag or garbage can.
You don't have to touch or mess with the dead mouse.
Put the trap back in its spot to kill more mice.
