The Jersey Shore Secret To Muscular Arms
If you want to build muscular arms - just like the guys on the Jersey Shore - then here is a training plan inspired by the juice heads at the Jersey Shore.
I was talking with a buddy of mine and he laid out how most of the guys who hang out on the Jersey get their arms pumped up every summer.
Here is the plan: Step #1: Train biceps, triceps and chest 6 days a week.
Ignore all other body parts and focus on isolation exercises.
Step #2: Eat plenty of pasta and drink copious amounts of alcohol.
Step #3: Take plenty of steroids.
Sure, steroids are expensive and illegal.
But most shortcuts are.

what is that you say? You want big, muscular arms but you do NOT want to take steroids? You say that you are actually willing to work a little bit, train properly and eat right? Well, if that is the case then here is a more sensible approach: Step #1: Focus on compound exercises.
Chins, dips, bench press, squats, dead lifts - as you get stronger on these proven exercises you will see your arms grow.
Step #2: Eat plenty ofnature-made food.
Skip the man-made stuff and try to focus on foods that were around 1,000 years ago.
Step #3: To add that final finishing touch, try this Steve Reeves inspired beach body pump up.
Train 3 times per week.
Hit the basic exercises hard and heavy.
Then, once per week do the following: 10 Sets of Barbell Curls Super-set with 10 Sets of Skull Crushers (a.

So you will do 10 reps of barbell curls, then immediately do 10 reps of skull crushers, then back to barbell curls and so on and so forth until you've done 10 sets of each exercise.
