Condensation on Windows
The company often gets phone calls from concerned customers who believe there is something wrong with their windows because they're covered in condensation. This is usually during the winter periods because of a lack of ventilation in rooms. People tend not to open their windows during the colder months and have radiators turned on. Therefore the hot air coming from indoors contrasts with the cold air from outside, creating condensation.

The main ways of getting rid of condensation are either, getting the place ventilated better, with air vents if you don't want to open windows, or wiping the windows down with a cloth. The latter being the cheaper and easiest option. Remember, it's only for a few months and then the condensation will disappear when the weather is warmer.
Lubricating Windows and Doors
During the warmer months it is often common for people to leave their windows open for long periods of time, which can cause locks, handles and hinges to rust quicker. It is therefore adviced to lubricate your locks, handles and hinges if you would like to prolong the life of your doors and windows.
Example of a rusted lock which could have been prevented with silicone spray.
The best way to do this is to purchase WD40/silicone spray, which is widely available in most supermarkets and your local DIY stores. It's worth spending a little money on lubrication than having to replace your locks, handles and hinges too often because they have rusted.
