How to Change the Screen Digitizer on an Omnia i910
- 1). Turn off your Samsung Omnia and slide the panel off of the rear of the unit. Remove the battery and set it aside.
- 2). Remove the four screws from the corners of the rear of the unit.
- 3). Remove the plastic frame from the rear of the unit.
- 4). Remove the screws from the green motherboard in the housing.
- 5). Unplug the orange ribbon cable from its port on the top of the motherboard.
- 6). Remove the square motherboard and set it aside.
- 7). Remove the remaining plastics from the back of the Omnia.
- 8). Remove all screws from the frame around the Omnia housing.
- 9). Remove the screen from the housing and set it aside.

Fit a new digitizer screen in the old one's place and reverse the steps for reassembly.
