looking for a Braun coffee grinder?
If you are looking for a new coffee grinder, a Braun coffee grinder is certainly an option to look at. Both the Braun KSM 2 Coffee Grinder and the Braun KMM 30 have received pretty decent reviews.
Braun KMM30: is a very reliable coffee grinder. I don't think that there is a better coffee grinder in its price range. My favourite feature is that the grind is *really* adjustable, This Braun coffee grinder will produce satisfactory results for most of the more predictable and less finicky everyday pressurized espresso machines. This is an excellent coffee grinder with easy to adjust coarseness settings. I also like the fact that you can store almost a pound of beans in the top hopper. The big bean hopper is nice and holds a lot of beans, making grinding very convenient.
The Braun KSM2-WH: This Braun coffee grinder is simple. It's small. It can grind enough coffee for a large home pot. The blades are sharp and have no problem grinding any quality bean. The machine makes a little noise when chopping, but gives great results. Also works well for nuts and herbs.
Braun KSM2-BLK: This Braun coffee grinder grinds quickly and evenly; the grinder is fairly small (a little over seven inches high) so it does not take up much counter space, a big plus for most kitchens. If you like freshly ground coffee, you can't go wrong with this simple and efficient grinder. It's fairly loud but quite fast, in only a few seconds, you can have aromatic, finely ground coffee, and nary a bean in the mix! It's true that the capacity is small, but I've never found this to be a problem, especially since the best coffee requires freshly ground beans. It is simple to operate and clean; it only has one lever, with the fineness of the grind determined by how long you press it down, and the progress is visible through the clear top. For an extra fine grind, use less beans for best results...there is a warning to not "overheat the motor", which would probably be the result of grinding too many beans at one time for too long. Cleaning is a snap: The top rinses out, and a swipe with a paper towel clean out the grinding cup, which is part of the motorized section, and the bottom has a handy spool for use as a cord wrap.
