Overcoming Chaos in Your Life (Part 2)
Before you came into this life you set yourself a purpose; the life purpose you are meant to achieve.
To achieve that purpose, you gave yourself a number of situations and events to experience which will help you learn about your purpose and to keep you on the right path to achieve it.
Chaos in your life means that you are not on your life path.
You are not heading towards your life purpose or are not on the right path.
This can be very disruptive in your life.
If it is not dealt with, it can lead to mental and emotional issues, which in turn lead to physical health issues.
Take notice when you are in chaos as it is an indicator; where you are and where you are supposed to be, is different.
To release Chaos from your life, get better control of what you have lost control of.
In part one of Overcoming Chaos, I helped you to identify where your focus is and why you are having chaos in your life.
This is the area you need to focus on to get back control.
To do this you need to re-align your focus.
Then you can begin to get control and release the chaos.
The first thing you need to do for this to occur is to say "No.
" This is saying No to yourself rather than anyone else.
When you think about doing something that is not what you need to focus on, say No and do not so those tasks.
This starts to get your control back.
Next you need to begin to understand what you need to focus on and re-align your focus.
You do this by understanding what the task or process is that you identified as your main focus.
Become clear on what it is, what it means to you and what you have to do to have that focus.
This may take a while.
Give it the time it needs so you can really understand it and get back onto your life path.
Finally, as you do what you focus on, you become aware of whether the chaos is releasing or is it getting worse.
This is another indicator on whether you are focusing on the correct thing.
If it is getting better, then congratulate yourself and keep doing what you are doing.
If it is getting worse or staying the same, then go back and look at what you need to focus on and decide which the highest priority is.
Change what you have been focusing on to be your highest priority.
Then understand the focus and what it means, and work on that.
Releasing chaos can take a lot of trial and error.
Be persistent with yourself so you can achieve relief.
If it is not moving then you get outside assistance from people like me.
