How to Get Bloated "Wings" in One Month
Men spend hours each day in the gym and pump iron while sweating blood.
While muscle building comes to many naturally others have to put in more than their fair share of work to achieve what people like Arnold did.
However, make no mistake, Arnold never grew that kind of mass over night, neither did he dope.
It was all hard work and dedication.
Nothing brings success like discipline.
Some builders concentrate on their biceps other s on their chest and still others on their abdominal muscles.
These people all miss out on one important thing, that the body needs to be developed in symmetry.
There are problems most people face when they stand in front of the mirror.
Either they notice that their Lats - the "wings" under their arms are underdeveloped or their pectorals are out or proportion.
fortunately this is a problem that is not too difficult to fix.
It may take a month and perhaps two in some cases but the problem will go away.
In order to build mass on the wings there is a simple exercise that must be done every day for 30 days.
Using a barbell with 5 kilos of weights on either end the lifter must sit on a stool with thighs perpendicular to the body and hold the barbell across the front of his shoulders then breathing in lift the barbell up in a clean motion hold for 3 seconds breath out and at the same time lower the barbell.
This should be repeated fifteen times in three sets with a relaxation period of 2 minutes in between each set.
then the same exercise should be repeated holding the barbell behind the neck.
This will blow up the lats like balloons in a period of one month.
When one needs to deal with pectorals that are one smaller than the other this is the exercise that will prove to be of great help: Standing in front of a mirror and holding a dumbbell of comfortable weight one must exercise the pectoral that is smaller.
If the right pectoral is underdeveloped then the dumbbell must be in the right hand and vice versa.
Breathing in lift the dumbbell up over the head and bring it down in front of the lower abdomen squeezing the pectoral with the biceps towards the breast bone.
Breath in when lifting up and breath out when squeezing the pectoral.
Repeat three sets of fifteen reps each.
I na matter on one month you will have your wings and perfect chest.
