Topsy Turvy Cake

• The Topsy Turvy cake is an appropriate cake for any age. The cake consists of at least three layers that are stacked on top of each other. The stacks are uneven looking and appear as if they are about to slip. Typically created from round cakes, the Topsy Turvy cake can be used for just about any event that needs a little whimsy.
