- 1). Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. For grilling, brush the marinade over the seafood or meat and grill over medium heat. You may want to brush additional marinade over the meat during grilling.
- 2). For stir frying, add the marinade while stir frying the meat and vegetables a little at a time until you get the consistency you want.
- 3). Heat the remaining marinade in a small saucepan until it comes to a boil. Drizzle over cooked rice. Any extra marinade can be refrigerated to be used within a week.
