- 1). Pour 1 gallon hot water and 1 cup oxygen bleach into a cleaning bucket.
- 2). Dip a nylon scrub brush into the cleaning solution, and begin scrubbing over the grout. Do not worry if the mixture makes contact with the tile, as it will cause no harm and will in fact be a safe way to clean the tile as well.
- 3). Dip a toothbrush into the bucket and scrub around crevices and thin lines of grout.
- 4). Dump the cleaning solution out of the bucket after cleaning all of the grout, and refill the bucket with plain hot water.
- 5). Dip a rag into the water and wipe down the grout and tile to remove any remaining cleaning solution.
