Don't blame your parents or ancestors if you were born out of an Afro-Caribbean descent and or have a South Asian ancestry.
These races were found to have a strong tendency to develop the disease in time. - Other diet-related and lifestyle factors include stress, smoking and diet containing high saturated fats, above normal consumption of sodium or salt, obesity and an exercise-deficient body.
