First, eliminate the valve from valve stem and then deflate the tire completely.
You should then crack the bead either with a hammer or drive on the side of the tire as near to the wheel as possible.
After breaking the bead, push sidewall down so it is in the depression of the wheel.
Pry the bead over the lip of the wheel with a little help from two screwdrivers.
The same process goes with the inner bead.
You must coat the beads liberally with non petroleum base grease, such as joint grease as an initial step in doing the installation process.
Place tire on the top of the wheel and press one side of the bead down over the wheel.
Push down so bead is on the depression of the wheel.
Like what was previously done, pry the bead over the lip of the wheel using screwdrivers.
Repeat the process with the outer bead.
Place a length of rope around the circumference of the tire and secure before placing a rod through the rope and spin.
Once the beads are forced against the lip of the wheel, pump up to desire pressure.
