    Dress and Clothing

    • A honeymoon is usually thought of as a romantic and relaxing vacation where the bride and groom do little more than enjoy each other's company and bask in the glow of their newlywed status. However, if you honeymoon on a beach, this will require wearing a bathing suit or swim trunks. Perhaps the bride will want to fit into that treasured bikini that she hasn't worn in a few years; the groom may wish to put on trunks without looking like someone who hasn't exercised since he was in high school. With a personal trainer in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, you can do your best to ensure that you look healthy and happy when relaxing on the beach. If your honeymoon involves a camping or nature trip with any kind of hiking, a trainer can help you strengthen your endurance and leg muscles so that you don't tire easily.
