How to: Glass Ball Wreaths
- 1). Purchase a wire wreath form to use as a base. Choose the size that is best suited for the space where it will be displayed.
- 2). Purchase metallic ball ornaments. They can vary in color or size, or they can be the same. The number you will need will depend on the size of the wreath form and the size of the ornaments you choose.
- 3). Hot glue the metal tops on the ornaments to secure them to the glass balls. These tops pop off easily and gluing them will help avoid this problem.
- 4). Gather three glass balls and run paddle wire through the metal loops on top of the balls.Twist the wire so the balls are wired securely together. Leave tails of about 6 inches of wire.
- 5). Place the wired ornaments on the wreath form and wrap the tails of wire tightly around the form.
- 6). Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the entire wreath form is completely covered with glass ornaments.
