How To Awaken Your Kundalini

Kundalini generally is an instinctive force primarily Shakta that is coiled at the back of every human. To awaken your Kundalini in yoga terms is nearly to release this coiled energy. However, your journey to awaken your Kundalini should not be set off yet before you envision about the chakras which are believed to be the centers of the consciousness instilled in the body. Since Kundalini is a form of yoga, in technical terms to awaken your Kundalini will require a lot of meditation. This form of yoga accounts as the most powerful yoga up until today.

The chakras that are primarily seven provide deferring roles of experiences which all amount to the awakening of the Kundalini. This yoga technique requires one to have knowledge on the operation or working of the nervous system because of the concentration or meditation that will be required to make the process a success. It was believed in the past that the awakening of the Kundalini would help the person in the fixing of those conscious parts of the body, the chakras which would be cleansed allowing the person to achieve a spiritual walk of comfort beyond imagining. In simple terms, it is like being reborn. It is obvious that every yoga fan out there wishes to get the secrets on unlocking this great power, however most masters aren't ready to give it out yet until they know for sure that the student is ready to receive the said power.

There are ways in which one can awaken Kundalini for instance the technique on the basis in Kriya yoga that is aimed at dealing with all stress and pain takes one to the spiritual journey of healing. It is termed as the easiest among all these meditation procedures and works by purifying all energy areas within your body. This is how this technique works. It can be subdivided into three parts, the first stage is the breathing process. You can start by pressing the breath down so that it emanates from the pine center base as you move it upwards along the spine until it reaches the top most part of the head. This is the exhalation part, the inhalation again follows the same channel however this time maintain your focus on the energy rather than the breath. In other words, focusing you're breath to excerpt energy as it moves up to the top most part of the head emanating from the base of the spine.

Remember that the basis of this technique is not imagination but the idea here is to focus your energy on one vessel as it moves up to another through a special path. While you are focusing this energy, you need to be relaxed which means that you do not have to make it manifest but rather wait for it to manifest. This is by providing those suggestions on the path the energy should take and this is where we sum up by saying that the Kundalini should be allowed to travel forceless. So how exactly will you achieve this? When you breathe, you are breathing in energy and thus €prana' which means breath is energy is the reason your endeavor will be excellent. As you get better on the technique, the more you will learn how to summon this great energy with ease. Let us focus on the second part of the Kundalini; this is whereby the breath is moved to the front part of the body all while breathing out. And make sure that the target area is the center of the eyebrows also referred to as the third eye.

Remember that the procedure is undertaken under extreme relaxed meditation. One of the chakras is the heart, as your breath assumes the energy targeted to the third eye, the areas controlling the energy movement as you focus. The third awakening procedure of the Kundalini in the Kriya yoga is actually to awaken the Kundalini. The essence on the third part is actually to give you the results you had been sweating for. In normal cases, a teacher will start by initiating the shakripat which is performed to achieve the results through touch, chanting or trying to focus their own induced energy to you.
