Isochronic Healing

What are Isochronic Tones? Isochronic tones are a form of brain entrainment.
Basically, our brain mimics outside stimuli, so if we present it with a certain frequency, it will copy it.
Isochronic tones are beats of a single tone, turned on and off, to produce a pattern.
This on-off pattern, the repeated sound and then silence, excites the thalamus, the part of the brain responsible for consciousness.
If you find it hard to transition from activity that requires high attention to an activity such as meditation, that requires little-to-no thought, isochronic tones can be highly beneficial for you.
They've been scientifically proven to entrain the brain quicker because of how powerful of a pattern they produce in the brain.
Often, people find binaural beats annoying and uncomfortable to listen to.
In some rare cases, minor headaches have been reported after usage.
Isochronic tones differ, in that, they take into account not only what the actual vibrations are doing to your brain (psychology), but also how easily you adapt and relax into the sounds (physiology).
Alpha Vs.
Theta Alpha waves (8-12 Hz) are associated with light meditation, high creativity and problem solving skills, and higher intuition.
A lot of people are turning to alpha wave technology to get "in the flow".
When your brain is producing alpha waves, everything seems to be going right.
There isn't much perception of time and space.
You're in the present, happy, relaxed and alert.
This state can be useful for working creatively, but it doesn't actually heal the body the way theta waves do.
When we listen to theta frequencies, which vibrate at 4 to 8 cycles per second, we enter a state of deep meditation.
In this state, our bodies become extremely relaxed and any stress inside of us leaves.
The waves work on our energetic system as well, by balancing our energy centers and aligning our inner bio-magnetic field.
Any blockages created from stress and worry, get released.
The theta waves actually work to remove old energy patterns trapped inside the body.
The result? Less stress and more energy.
With how busy and demanding our lives have become, it's important to take the time out of our schedules to relax and unwind.
We go from sleeping (delta waves), straight to worrying about our days (beta waves), to drinking coffee and energy drinks (more beta).
By the end of our day, we're so exhausted that we collapse into bed (back to delta).
We skip two extremely important brain wave states: alpha and theta.
We don't allow ourselves to relax.
This is why so many people are suffering from illness today.
It's necessary to take the time out of your day to slip into alpha and theta mode.
It's not always easy, but that's where isochronic tones come in.
The tones literally do the work for you so your brain doesn't have to keep working and can get right to relaxing.
