Millionaire Dating Goals: Having A Realistic Dating Goal

Some daters in online dating have set their relationship goals in such high pedestals that even they get blinded by the shadows of their own fantasy. Having specifications regarding your relationship is good, but set it on realistic terms. If you dwell too much on fantasy then it could be unhealthy for you and your partner. You should not dictate how your partner should be, but rather open up. Stop seeing the flaws if he doesn't meet your requirements and then you will see the beauty of love and acceptance.

Here is a list to tell whether your relationships are in the REAL and not in the FANTASY zone:

You would want a "spark", any spark would do: it could either be mental, physical or emotional. You just want to feel that connection and attraction from him. You would want to meet up with a person who you would find just simply amusing, exciting or adventurous. And not being too obsessed by the unrealistic thought that they would "treat you like a queen". you would want to be with a single whom you have similar perceptions in life and in dating, but not necessary identical to what you believe in. You want to find someone with the same willingness to make a relationship work out on whatever terms there may be. You'd want to be with someone who has similar long term dating goals. Whether it's just with casual dating, co-habitation or marriage.

This is just a few of some dater's list when it comes to relationships. However, what should you when your relationship expectations fall into a black hole, no category in which it belongs to?

Simple, learn the art of brainstorming your ideas when it comes to your relationship expectations, your partner and your goals in that relationship. Get a piece of paper and imagine, brainstorm for just a bit, maybe ten or fifteen minutes will do. Now, close your eyes and try to imagine life with your singles. How would he be like? What are his interests, qualities, traits, skills and emotional capability? just let your mind wander freely. Now, if your imagination doesn't work, then try to remember your past relationships. Use the "Positive" aspects and experiences from that relationship as a starting guide for you.

If you have finished creating a list, the next thing to do is to sort them out. Jot them down in two columns, the first one being the ones essential for your happiness and the second one, what you want but not necessarily needed by you. After doing so, you can learn how to rank your goals and expectations. List them again on a separate piece of paper and write them down according to the number of importance. We know it's hard, but work it out for yourself- no pressure! Just take your time until you have that feeling that you got the right combination. Now realize that expectations change, your top 5 won't remain in that ranking forever. Your needs change and you mature, same goes with your expectations. So take a look at them once in a while and tell yourself what you need right now and face it.
