Safely Using 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for Ailments
The use of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (FGHP) is starting to gain popularity.
The biggest mistake I see is that people are running to the drugstore or the department store and grabbing a bunch of this stuff off of the shelf to use internally.
The peroxide you find at the drugstore is full of little nasty additives that you do not want floating around in your system.
Internal use of standard drugstore hydrogen peroxide is very harmful to your body.
This practice can cause short and long term effects.
If you make the decision to use 35% FGHP internally, you must obtain a food grade hydrogen peroxide.
By acquiring 35% food grade HP, you can dilute the liquid strength and it will last longer.
I bring my own solution down to a 3.
0-3.
5% solution by mixing ½ Tablespoon (that's ½ of an ounce) to just a little over 5 ounces of distilled water.
Using tap water will basically diminish the usefulness of the solution.
The H2O2 will use all of its punch just cleaning up the dirty water.
My internal solution is diluted even more before use.
I mix four to ten drops (depending on what I'm battling) into four to eight ounces of distilled water.
I use this solution in dark glass bottles with eye droppers and atomizers for inhalation into the lungs.
The latter is great for shortening the duration of a cold or flu.
In fact, sometimes it stops it before it even gets started.
I use the eye dropper to accurately measure drops into clean water for ingestion.
While controversial, food grade hydrogen peroxide is credited in treating colds, flus, internal infections, cysts, acne, and cancer.
More people are looking to the substance for a myriad of home remedies.
The results are satisfactory enough to keep researching this chemical.
Here's a list of hydrogen peroxide "do's and do not's" I follow as a general rule: 1.
Never use store purchased HP internally 2.
Never use internally less than two hours after eating 3.
Always wait at least one hour after ingesting HP to eat anything 4.
Avoid fats, Vitamin C, and iron before taking internally 5.
Do use it as a bath soak.
External use doesn't react with what you eat 6.
The internal use of hydrogen peroxide raises blood pressure generally.
Be aware of this before you take an internal dose.
As I've stated before, I am not a doctor.
I am not giving you any medical advice.
I am only telling you what I have done.
