How to Change the Colors of Your Night Light
- 1). Determine the base size, bulb size and necessary wattage for the night light. This information should be included with the night light packaging.
- 2). Purchase the color bulb of your choice in the proper size and wattage. You will likely find the small, colored bulbs at a hardware store, craft store or party store or even at the supermarket.
- 3). Unplug the night light, and remove the old, clear or white bulb. Insert the new, colored bulb.
- 4). Replace the night light in the outlet. Power the night light on to test the bulb.
