Dealing With Acne Vulgaris And Inflammatory Acne

A lot of people are troubled by acne vulgaris.
Acne has, since the times of our ancestors, repeatedly found its way to the mass majority of the people.
Nearly everyone carries the possibility for acne to appear on their face.
You too, are probably troubled by acne too, that is probably the reason you are reading this article.
To start with, acne can be a difficult thing to deal with if you do not know what you are doing.
This article aims to fill in the gaps to what you might know about acne vulgaris.
Factors of Acne - How acne is developed Acne is caused by a number of factors.
To be acne free forever or in the long term, you must tackle with each of these main factors of acne.
If you are not, then your results are then short lived.
a) Excessive sebum, dead skin cells and dirts Your sebaceous glands receive orders from the hormones sent out by your hormonal system to maintain the wellbeing and functionality of your body.
The hormone that triggers the sebaceous glands under your skin to secrete sebum is androgen.
When your sebaceous glands react by releasing sebum to your face / skin, the sebum is used to remove dead skin cells.
When you have sensitive sebaceous glands, which means often times they overwork by releasing too much sebum, the sebum will combine itself with the dead skin cells and other dirts and dust in your pores to become a sticky mixture.
The outcome of this is blocked pores.
b) Bacteria infection When your pores are blocked, and the bacterias that have all the time exist in your pores and skin will feast on the mixture.
In other words they will try to survive a little bit longer by consuming the sebum, which is a kind of oil.
The bacterias will then infect your pores and cause acne breakouts.
c) Deteriorated immune system When the bacterias in the pores feast on the sebum in the clogged pores, your body will send an army of white blood cells to kill the bacteria and a group of red blood cells to remove the "war waste" from the skin.
But the thing is, if your immune system is weak, this will in turn cause inflammation, thus the nodules and papules as well as the swelling and redness on your face.
How you can deal with acne by tackling these factors: 1.
Excessive sebum
- Getting more sleep helps regulate the secretion of sebum - Eating more fibers and drink more fibers everyday so that your body can effectively detoxifies itself.
- Wash your face properly using the cleanser that suits your skin type 2.
Dead skin cells
Before anything else, dead skin cells do not cause acne.
So if someone at the store tells you to buy an exfoliant to treat your acne, ignore the message.
Dead skin cells can be removed by using just a simple face cleanser.
3.
Bacteria infection
The best way to deal with bacterias is to kill them.
Try natural antibiotics such as ginger and garlic.
Regular consumption of these natural antibiotics can be very helpful in your acne condition.
Topically, you can use tea tree oil and benzoyl peroxide.
Most of the time I recommend using tea tree oil only since it is natural and does not cause any side effects.
4.
Deteriorated immune system
Some great tips to improve your immune system: - Don't get stressed too much on your everyday life, including acne.
- Detoxify your body - Eat more fibers and vegetables
