Super-Quick, Super Tasty Moroccan Spicy Shrimp



This recipe is very quick, and very easy. I like making it on weeknights because it takes less than 15 minutes to make. What makes this dish Moroccan is the fact that you cook the spices in olive oil for a minute or two to bring up the aroma, then you flash-cook the shrimp in the spicy oil. Serve with simple steamed rice and a salad for an easy meal. This recipe serves 2-3 as a main course, 4-5 as a starter.
