There had been something wrong with the situation of India. It is on record that since 1947 India could not advance peacefully. There had been direct wars in 1962, 1965 and in 1971. It is also on record that since 1947 India could not lead a peaceful life because Pakistan had initiated in indirect war against India through terrorists and making Kashmir an issue they are very much busy inside India . They could find people who could help them and they are spreading in each part of India. If we have a rough estimate, we shall find that the loss occurred in India through this indirect war is not on the lower side and it may be equal to the losses incurred through direct wars. Thousands of people had been killed and properties and assets had been destroyed and it is on record that these terrorists activities are not allow India to take further steps towards progress and development of India and its people.
There had been Sikh terrorism, Muslim terrorism and Naxal movement in India. We know that all these terrorists outfits are having their bases in the neighbouring countries and they are training and after their brain-wash these terrorists are being sent to India where they are getting local help, shelter, arms, ammunition, local information and hiding places after the operation. These outfits are spreading their wings throughout in India and now the who country is within their target. Where-ever they could see that people are in a easy mood, they operate and if we have an estimate, we shall find that these outfits have killed thousands of our people without any fault lying on their part. They are also destroying our assets and properties just to see that we are suffering. The terrorists outfits functioning in India know that they would not be able to damage India, but they are playing mischief and the mischief mongers are never interested in winning a battle.
India under the international obligations is not speaking openely, but we have seen that on one hand our Prime Minister Mr. Atal Behari Vajpyee was shaking hands with the Prime Minister of Pakistan and on the other hand Pakistan forces had been advancing in Kargil hills. Similarly now our Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is in China and is shaking had with the authorities in China and they are found conducting incursions on borders into the India side. All this is happening and we are having closed eye. In spite of all these violations, we are coming forward and are shaking hands with the neighbours to develop good relations .
But time has come when we should identify all the people who are not happy with the independence and democracy of India and we should have an eye on them so that we could save our people from all these threats. We must be active because these small acts of terrorism are not allowing us to go ahead because most of our time, energy, resources and power is wasted in meeting these terrorists activities. We must note that peace is our first goal and if there are terrorists in India, we would not confirm peace in India. More and more people shall be helping the terrorists and there are chances of more disturbance in India. We must note that some people could get entry in the Parliament of Nepal only on gun point and such people are also busy inside India too. These are not good signs and government being the custodian of the people of India, they must guard the people of India from all these terrorists groups coming from the neighbouring countries.
