How to Program the Speed Dial on the Cisco 7911
- 1). Navigate to the Cisco Unified CM User Options Web page. Obtain a User Options URL, user identification and password.
- 2). Log in to the website with your information. Select "Yes" or "Install Certificate." This allows you to accept the security settings.
- 3). Choose "User Options" and then "Device." Choose the type of phone the user has from the drop-down menu. Types include work phone, home phone or cell phone.
- 4). Click "Speed Dials." Enter the phone number and name. Choose which speed dial number you want to assign that number to.
- 5). Click "Save." View your information to make sure it is correct. The information automatically updates on your Cisco 7911.
