About The Dinosaur Filmography:
Here's a treat for any dinosaur fan--an alphabetical reference work of every major dinosaur movie ever made (at least until 2004 or so), with detailed plot summaries, information about special effects, and behind-the-scenes, "making of" tidbits. Berry spends numerous pages on obvious dinosaur blockbusters like The Valley of Gwangi and the Jurassic Park series, but one of the pleasures of this book is reading about lesser-known dino epics like Tammy and the T. Rex or A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell.
Two indexes in the back discuss mever-made or as-yet-unmade dinosaur movies, as well as the "quasi-dinosaur" flicks (such as Godzilla) produced by Toho Studios in Japan.
