Anxiety Disorder - It Can Be Controlled

It's not easy to control anxiety but it is possible.
It takes a great deal of hard work and patience as well as knowing what causes your anxiety.
Different things work best for different people, so there is not set way to solve it, but there is a collection of good ideas listed below.
Just forget it Although it's incredibly hard to do, because the automatic reaction when in a panic attack is to think about it and worry on it, you must learn to accept it.
If you dwell on it, it will create more stress and fear in your life only worsening the anxiety.
Instead of stressing upon the fact you have anxiety, you should think about why you have it and how you can solve the reason for having it.
It's about the reasons and not the symptoms.
Despite what you may feel and think the actual symptoms of anxiety will not harm you.
They will of course hurt you mentally but you have to accept that the only way it won't hurt, is to learn to accept it.
Every time you start to feel an attack coming, simply go and find a job to go and do and try to distract yourself for a sufficient amount of time, to ride out the attack.
Don't worry Don't be discouraged if it doesn't work at first, or you don't have a 100% success rate.
However if all of your efforts fail you should consider therapy, medication and/or herbal remedies.
They are fantastic but try to avoid them if you can and try to solve your problem by natural personal means.
