Mixed Drinks With Scotch
- A Black Dragon can be made in any sized glass. It is made without ice so that when it is properly made, you can see three distinct layers in your glass. Begin by filling your glass 1/3 of the way with peppermint schnapps. Then, fill the glass another 1/3 with Kahlua, making your glass 2/3 full. Fill the last 1/3 of your glass with scotch.
- In a shaker add 2 oz scotch, 1/2 teaspoon of anis, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 egg white and juice of 1 lemon. Shake well in a shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass over two or three ice cubes. Fill the glass to the top with carbonated water and stir.
- Add the following ingredients in a shaker: 1 1/2 oz scotch, 1 oz cherry brandy, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1 oz lemon juice. Shake well over ice. Pour into a glass over ice. An old fashioned type glass looks nice for this type of drink. Add a lemon slice for a final touch.
- In a big shot glass mix 1/2 oz scotch, 1/4 oz Irish cream and 1/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps. Stir well. This glass can be served with or without ice and is meant to be a shot, but could be served in a bigger glass as well.
