How to install and remove glue in extensions
- 1). Make a part going from one side of the head to the other using the tail comb. Use a clip to hold the hair above the part in place. The part must be straight to apply the weave flat on the scalp. Allow the weave to bond to the scalp.
- 2). Line the weave along the part, measuring a piece long enough to go around the head to the end of the part. Hold the weave at the end of the part and cut it. Leave the remainder of the weave in an area where it will not tangle. If the weave is straight, brush the portion of the weave that will be applied to smooth out the strands.
- 3). Comb the hair below the part to smooth down the strands. Apply bond straight along the wafted region of the weave. Place the weave along the hairline on the bottom of the part. As you gradually place the weave along the hairline, press your fingers on the weave to make it flat against the head.
- 4). Blow dry the weave along the scalp for three minutes, allowing the glue to set. Comb the weave into the hair on the scalp to blend the natural hair with the weave. Flat iron the weave and the hair to complete blending them together.
- 5). Add four more pieces of weave to give the hair more volume. Add two more pieces of weave to give the hair more length.
