Video: How to Camouflage Bad Bangs
Video Transcript
Hi, I'm Jordana Lorraine, and I'm going to show you how to camouflage bad bangs. We've all had bangs at one point or another. Maybe they came out too short, too chunky. Or maybe you just got sick of them. I'm going to show you some creative ways that you can camouflage them when you don't want to show the bangs. Hopefully your bad bangs are not this extreme. And hopefully you did not chop them yourself. But even celebrities have had some brushes with bad bangs. Here's Courtney Cox with super short bangs. Monica Cruz with a medium bang. They maybe a little choppier then some people might like. Reese Witherspoon is an excellent example. She often wears bangs and sometimes swoops them to the side. Now if she wanted to disguise them completely what she could do is take more hair forward and cut them to longer bangs like this. Here's Penelope Cruz now with super tiny bangs. She looks very elegant, very Audrey Hepburn. And then again she's taken more hair over it and hidden those bangs. Now that's the easiest way to camouflage your bangs if you have enough hair to do it. I actually have tiny bangs hidden under my hair right here. They're short and wispy. Sometimes I like them, sometimes I don't want to wear them. It's one look. But if I brush them to the side I can tuck them right under my longer bangs and you never know they're there. Another way to camouflage bad bangs or bangs that are too short is with a decorative pin. Just pinch your hair right where your bangs end and slide the pin in. And voila it's fancy.
