How to Make Barbecued Pulled Pork -- Crock Pot Recipe

    • 1). Place the pork roast in the slow cooker. Add water.

    • 2). Cover the crock pot with the lid, and place on the high setting for five to six hours.

    • 3). Uncover the crock pot. Shred the pork into small bite-sized pieces with two forks.

    • 4). Add a full bottle of barbecue sauce (14 to 18 oz.), and onion powder and salt to the pulled pork.

    • 5). Stir well, replace the lid, and cook for an additional hour on the high setting.

    • 6). Let the pork cool, and serve on buns.
