This oven pancake has several names, including Dutch Baby, German Pancake, and Dutch Puff. It is of European origin, but beyond that I have no idea why it's called what it's called. It's an oven pancake that puffs in the oven, then falls to form a shell you can fill with just about anything. Just serve it immediately when it's done!
