How do I Disassemble a Grill of a Viking Range?
- 1). Lift off the grill grate or grates with an up-and-away motion.
- 2). Lift out the two rectangular smoke-generator plates.
- 3). Remove the rectangular grill frame that surrounds the grill mounting by unscrewing the mounting screws.
- 4). Detach the grill burner shield from over the the grill burner. Leave the grill burner in place.
- 5). Pull out the two long heat-deflector shields that rest under each side of the grill burner.
- 6). Reassemble after cleaning by reversing the above steps.
