What is "Thinkin' Lincoln"?:

Thinkin' Lincoln is a weekly webcomic starring the head of former president Abraham Lincoln, former president George Washington, the queen of England and various other characters.

It's the brainchild of cartoonist Miles Grover, who's a web designer and college student when he's not coming up with bizarre and absurd things for Lincoln to say.

The humor of the strip is smart but goofy and the art never changes (other than when new heads are introduced into the "cast") so there are obvious comparisons to be made between and the very funny Dinosaur Comics. The comparison is apt but Thinkin' Lincoln is less strange and more academic in its approach to humor. Not to say one approach or the other is better... just different.
