How to Patch an Above Ground Pool Wall
- 1). Use scissors to cut a circle out of vinyl patch material that is nearly twice as big as the hole being patched.
- 2). Apply a vinyl adhesive to one side of the vinyl patch. Both water-resistant and waterproof adhesive can be used.
- 3). Press the center of the patch firmly to the hole in the wall. Smooth out the patch by hand and hold the patch firmly to the wall for 30 seconds. Wait at least 30 minutes before filling the pool with water.
