The Importance of Time Wisely Spent
There is a time for the procreation of human souls.
That is, there comes a time when, at last, there is time for life, for living...
Indeed, there is a time when a time will come for loving...
For laughing...
For wanting...
For crying...
And tho few desire to speak of this, there will come a time when, at last, the time has come for the cessation of life...
For dying.
All of these things will occur at least once in the course of each person's lifetime.
It is as inevitable as the passage of time itself.
And since no person has any control over the exact time each of these events might take place, and also since, but for birth and death, he has no idea whether they will ever occur again, it becomes his responsibility to decide how to react to each given experience; Will he anguish over those freedoms lost on that fateful day of matrimonial bliss, or will he instead see days of wondrous happiness ahead at the prospect of sharing a love and a life with another? And it becomes also up to him to determine the length and intensity of each new emotion and experience he encounters...
Will he allow an event of great happiness to be forgotten in a day's time or take an event of unbelievable anguish unforgotten...
To his grave.
However each man chooses to react, it will be these final decisions, these decisive reactions, that, in the final analysis, will all come together to build and finally mold the character of each person...
and in the end, the character of his society.
