64 year old women with multiple myeloma and renal failure. Clinical findings include the following: peripheral edema, jugular venous distension and pleural effusion. Blood pressure is 115/80.

  3. Left ventricular hypertrophy, restrictive filling pattern, enlarged left atrium, pericardial effusion.

  4. Left ventricular hypertrophy, diastolic dysfunction (pseudonormal filling pattern), enlarged left atrium, pericardial effusion.
