How to Mount a Sears Lawn Tractor Bagger
- 1). Shut the lawn mower off and remove the key so that it cannot be accidentally started while you are working on it.
- 2). Place the two included latch hooks up next to the mulcher plate and attach them using a screw, washer, lock washer and a weld nut on each.
- 3). Pull up the deflector shield and keep it held up.
- 4). Position the mulcher plate on top of the front portion of the mower deck opening and slide it on.
- 5). Place the front latch into the hole in the front of mower deck to secure the mulcher plate onto it.
- 6). Secure the mulcher plate in the back by hooking the rear latch into the hole on the rear of the mower deck.
