Success Development and Mind Set Training Excuse #15 - I Don"t Have the Energy
"I don't have the energy" Is the fifteenth of my series of the eighteen excuses people most commonly use, consciously or unconsciously that can slow down or eliminate their chance of becoming successful.
Mind Set is a very substantial part of success development.
Through various strategies like this and Personal Development can be made a lot easier.
This is part of a learned response.
I'm tired, I'm exhausted or I'm worn out.
These are mind viruses that have infected you either consciously or unconsciously.
They are generally an unintended excuse, rather than an explanation as to why we have not accomplished the things we want in life.
Latch onto the idea that you do not have the energy to change your life, and you have latched onto a flimsy yet effective strategy for staying right where you are.
Coming up with excuses can be a very tiring ordeal in itself.
When you put this one "I don't have the energy" to the test, it will rarely hold up.
For instance when my kids say they are too tired to do something, all I have to do is say how about going to the carnival and bam the energy is back..
...
The antidote..
..
..
Find a way to inject energetic thoughts into your life.
Vitality is merely a train of thought.
Start thinking of things you love to do and your energy will most certainly return.
With continued mind set training will aid in your success development.
There are is a lot of mind chatter that can be in your mind holding you back from success.
So continue to learn and grow.
